Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms but unfortunately, the thin walls made it feel like our neighbors were in our room. The service was superb, with attentive staff, but couldn't fully compensate for the lack of basic amenities. The location was convenient, within walking distance of many attractions, yet missed some complimentary offerings. The dining options were limited to delicious sandwiches, and the meeting area could be improved. Despite these downsides, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had spacious rooms with the most comfortable beds ever, but they were a little small and lacked light. Despite cleanliness issues, the bed comfort was outstanding. The service was wonderfully friendly and hospitable, making my stay personalized and enjoyable. The location was unbeatable, close to all the stores, restaurants, and Denver attractions. Dining options were good, especially for those enjoying Thai dishes.
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience – the rooms were beautifully decorated but had some issues, making it suitable mainly for family parties. The service was very helpful and polite, with a nice gesture to make up for a parking inconvenience. The location was ideal for downtown activities, but a bit pricey. The dining offered some delicious options but fell short with some items being stale. Overall, a place with potential, especially for family gatherings.
